After ignoring this issue for most of my ministry, I was asked in 2012 to be on the TOSC Theology of Ordination Study Committee @ the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. A sobering experience . . . Here my personal summaries and perspectives, though the topic is not my research or ministry focus anymore. For my practical track record my opinions matter little - simply check with the women in ministry I have interacted with or taught.
